Description

Number 9 and the barn attached to the rear are 17th century and later structures located on Talbot Street. The building features a timber frame with 19th century painted brick infilling and stands two storeys tall. An early 19th century brick wing on the southeast side has two casement windows on the northeast side and a simple panelled pilaster doorcase with a pedimental hood and a part-glazed door. The original wing has been altered and includes 19th century casement windows. The attached barn at the rear, which is also two storeys, has been modified and features a plain doorway on each side, with plain eaves and a slate roof.
