Description

No. 12 Church Street is a cottage, likely built in the early to mid 19th century. The exterior is rendered, probably over stone, and it has a slate roof. The cottage is two storeys high and features an integral red brick stack at the right end. On the first floor, there is a central two-light late 19th century wooden-framed metal casement window, while the ground floor has a three-light wooden casement window to the right and a six-flush-panelled boarded door to the left. This building is included for its group value.
