Description

Morton Bridge is an early 19th-century bridge constructed from regularly coursed red sandstone blocks. It features a single segmental arch made of voussoirs with a raised keystone. The bridge has a string course and rectangular end pilasters topped with shallow pyramidal finials. The south side includes a coped parapet and the bridge spans the River Morda. This structure has been listed multiple times, with duplicate records removed on 1 May 2019. The current record is situated within the parishes of Knockin, West Felton, and Oswestry Rural.
