Description
This is a sundial located approximately 7 metres south of the nave of the Church of St. James in Cardington. It dates from the mid-18th century and is made of yellow and grey sandstone. The sundial features two circular stone steps, a bulbous baluster with a square base and a moulded cap. The circular copper dial plate is inscribed with the name "ABRAHAM / BATH" and includes a gnomon.
