Farmhouse, now public house. C17. Painted timber-frame with painted render infill panels set on painted rendered rubble stone ground floor. Rubble stone gable ends, rendered and painted at south-west end. Clay tile roof with integral brick end stacks. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic. 3-bay range with C19 and C20 side extensions. Entrance in south-west gable end. C20 projecting gabled canopy over C20 door. Twin leaded-light attic windows. Render painted to imitate framing. Left return with square framing 3 panels high with single tension brace. C20 projecting entrance porch to left with C20 flat-roofed dormer over. C19 metal lattice twin casements adjacent to porch. Right return with square framing 3 panels high with tension braces set on painted rendered ground floor. C19 2-storey tiled gabled extension and C20 single-storey extension abut to right. C19 metal lattice casement windows set in framing at first floor: 3-light to left and single-light to right. Rear: rubble stone gable with C20 casement windows. INTERIOR: not inspected.
