Description

The sundial located approximately 30 metres south of Pitchford Hall is an early to mid-18th century structure. It features a circular base made of red sandstone and a grey sandstone baluster stem that has a moulded base and a concave top. The sundial is topped with a circular copper dial plate and gnomon, which is inscribed with "G. ADAMS/LONDON".
