Description

The sundial, dated 1834, is located to the west of The Hall in Alnmouth, Northumberland. It is made of cut sandstone and features a slate dial with an iron gnomon. The sundial has an octagonal base, shaft, and top that carries the dial, which is signed by Thomas Armstrong of Alnmouth, 1834.
