Description
Eaton Manor is a farmhouse built in the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of brick with raised brick quoins, brick bands above the upper windows, and a dentil course at the eaves, all of which are now covered in roughcast render. The roof is made of plain tiles and features integral brick gable-end stacks. The main range has a plan with rear extensions.
The exterior consists of two storeys and an attic. The front has a two-storey, three-window arrangement with segmental-arched openings. On the first floor, there are three leaded casements with top-lights and cambered heads, while the ground floor features three-light wood mullion and transom windows. The doorway has a simple ashlar open pediment supported by pilasters, but the original door has been infilled with a 20th-century window. Each gable end has a single 20th-century attic casement. The rear of the building is partly obscured by a two-storey stone rubble gabled rear wing and a 20th-century lean-to extension. The interior has not been inspected.
