Description

The Haynes Memorial is a chest tomb located approximately 30 metres north of the north porch of the Church of St George in Clun. It dates from around 1833 and is made of sandstone ashlar. The tomb features a moulded plinth, raised panels, shaped corner-balusters, and a plain top. It commemorates Stephen Haynes, a saddler who died in 1833.
