Description
Two barns, likely built in the late 17th century, with later additions and alterations, are located approximately 50 meters north-west of Manor Farmhouse. They feature a weatherboarded timber frame and slate roofs. The north barn has two eaves hatches on the west side, which faces the road, while the south barn has no openings. Inside, both barns have two tall rectangular timber framed panels extending from the cill to the wall-plate, and their roofs consist of four bays with raking struts from tie beams supporting the principal rafters. A red brick barn attached to the south and a lower range at right angles to the north-east are not included in this listing.
