Description

This is a churchyard cross located about 25 yards south-west of the south porch of the Church of St Peter. It is possibly from the 14th century and is made of sandstone ashlar. The cross features a square base and a truncated shaft that is approximately 2 and a half feet tall, with chamfer-stops. The shaft shows signs of having had mounting points for a former sundial.
