Description

Peterstow Manor is an early 19th-century rectory, now a house. It may incorporate earlier fabric and has late 19th-century extensions. The building is constructed of brick and stucco, with a hipped Welsh slate roof and gault brick stacks. It has a roughly square plan, with the main entrance facing west.

The west elevation has three windows, all with glazing bar sashes. A central porch features a cornice, flanked by tripartite sashes and small three-pane windows on either side of the entry. A three-panelled glazed inner door sits within the porch. A plat-band and deep eaves run along the west elevation. The north elevation shows a cross-casement window, possibly dating to the early 18th century, to the right of a glazed door from the early 20th century. The south elevation includes two canted bay windows on the ground floor. A large, full-height extension was added to the rear in the late 19th century.

Inside, the house features a cantilevered two-flight staircase with a half-landing, a fluted handrail, and stick balusters.
