MARSTOW CP SO 51 NE 8/99 Out-building about 25 yards north-west of New Court Farmhouse

GV II

Granary and stable, now store. Probably C18. Sandstone rubble with pantile and corrugated asbestos roofs. Two parts each of three bays linked at obtuse angle and aligned roughly east/west. Two levels to west part. South elevation has higher granary part to left. This has tallet stairs rising over dog-kennel to ledged door on right-hand side. Pantile roof. Right part has central seg- mentally headed doorway with brick arch, two-leaved doors to right and catslide lean-to to left-hand side. Corrugated asbestos roof. Interior of left part has interrupted tie-beams pegged to two vertical posts supporting collars. Right part has raking struts from ties to principals. Included for group value.
