Description

Sponend Farmhouse and the adjoining barn date from the 17th century. The farmhouse features a stone ground floor with a timber frame and brick nogging above, standing two storeys tall with two windows, casement style, and a central door. It has a tile roof with gable ends and a small wing with a dormer on the left. The adjoining barn is also timber framed and has steps leading up to the loft, topped with a tile roof.
