Description
Eyton House is a house built in the late 18th century, raised in the early 19th century, with some repairs from the mid-20th century. It is constructed of brick with plaster dressings and features a hipped slate roof. There are external brick stacks on the east and west side walls. The south front has three storeys, showcasing modillioned boarded eaves, plaster quoins, and a moulded plaster string course at the ground floor.
The facade includes three windows with 3-light casements that sit under shallow triangular heads supported by consoles. The second floor features 2-light casements with leaded rectangular quarries, while the ground floor mirrors the 3-light casements above. The central entrance is marked by a brick porch that has a moulded plaster cornice and Doric pilasters, with semi-circular headed windows in the side walls. The entrance door is half-glazed.
