Description
No. 16 on Church Street is a building from the 18th century or later, featuring three storeys, two dormers, and a cellar. The exterior is finished in stucco and topped with a sprocketed slate roof. It has rusticated quoins and a two-storey splayed bay that extends from the first floor level to just below the eaves. On the right side, there are two sash windows. The entrance has a doorway with an elliptical hood and a rusticated surround that includes a keyblock. There is also a small cantilever bay to the right of the door. On the side facing Church Row, there is a similar door and three-light sash windows. No. 16 is part of a group with No. 17, and it also forms a group with St Mary's Cottage, St Marts Hall, and House occupied by Okell, as well as Church Row.
