Description

Sherford House is a large red brick house dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It has three storeys and was probably originally square in shape, with later additions made to the structure. The house features a hipped slate roof, a parapet, and a moulded stone cornice. There are five sash windows, with a band running below the windows on the first floor. A later enclosed brick porch has been added, and there are some blocked windows on the southeast side of the building.
