Description

Marlbrook Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed from sandstone rubble, topped with a Welsh slate roof. It features ashlar end stacks with twin octagonal chimneys that have linked moulded caps. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range, with chamfered stone cross-windows that contain metal lattice-glazed casements. The central entrance has a part-glazed panelled door set within a moulded architrave, which is topped by a four-centred arch. This entrance is flanked by mullion and transom windows, also with similar casements. The rear of the farmhouse has similar cross-windows. The interior has not been inspected.
