Description
This churchyard cross, located about 20 yards south of the tower of the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, is likely from the 14th century. It features a sandstone ashlar step with a square base that rises to an octagonal chamfered top, which has a semi-circular headed niche on the west side. The tapered octagonal shaft has stops that run into the square base. Above the cross, there is a gable carved with the Crucifixion on the east face and an eroded depiction of the Virgin and Child on the west face.
