Description

This building, located north of and adjacent to Moat House, is a 17th-century cottage. It features a rendered exterior and a plain tile roof with a gable facing the street. The structure has a cross-axial brick ridge stack and consists of three and a half bays with a rendered element. On the left side, there is a timber-frame construction with brick infill and a 20th-century window. The rear also has timber-frame and brick elements, including a jowled post and a collared and strutted truss, along with another 20th-century window. The interior has not been inspected.
