Description

Thorpe Lodge Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse located on Willoughby Road in Thorpe in the Glebe. The building is constructed of red brick stretchers with pink headers and features a plain tile roof. It has red brick stacks on both the left and right external gables and dogtooth eaves. The farmhouse is two storeys high with an attic and consists of three bays. The central doorway has a 20th-century glazed door and the remains of a hood above it. On either side of the doorway, there are single glazing bar sash windows, with three similar sashes located above on the upper floor. The attic includes a single central sloping dormer that has a lead roof and a single glazing bar fixed light.
