Description

This sundial, located 120 meters southeast of Flintham Hall, was built in 1772. It is made of ashlar stone and features a bronze dial. The sundial has a square plinth and a moulded round base, with a baluster-shaped stem topped by a moulded cap. The double-sided equatorial dial is inscribed with "Wh.... DERBY 1772".
