Description
The boundary walls at Top Farm are a late 18th-century structure that was extended in the early 19th century. They are made of brick and are arranged in an L-plan. The section of the wall facing Town Street features dentillated stepped brick coping. There are two square panelled gatepiers with chamfered plinths, moulded bands and caps, topped with ashlar obelisk finials. A pair of scrolled iron gates is also present. The 19th-century section of the wall has ramped gabled brick coping. The total length of the boundary walls is approximately 50 meters.
