Description
Church Cottage is a range of cottages that have been converted into a single dwelling. It dates from the early 18th century and has been altered over time. The building is constructed of brick and features a steeply pitched pantile roof. There is one small ridge stack and an end stack on the right, which rises from a broad, reducing, projecting chimney breast. The cottage is single storey with attics and consists of four bays.
A central, later brick lean-to porch is present, and to the right, there is a 2-light casement window with horizontal glazing bars. The front of the cottage has four gabled dormer windows, each with 2-light casements that also have horizontal glazing bars. The rear of the building has various altered openings, including a doorway with a part-glazed door, another blocked doorway to the left, and a 3-light casement window to the right of this. The interior has not been inspected.
