Description

These outbuildings and an attached water pump date from the mid-19th century to the early 20th century. They are constructed of brick and have pantile roofs, and are single storey in height. The building features an off-centre part-glazed Yorkshire sash window, with a wood-cased lead pump to its left. There is a plank door on the left and a close-boarded door on the right, both topped with segmental heads. At the left end, there is a lean-to toilet that does not have a door. This structure is included for its group value with the adjacent properties, 40 and 42.
