Description

This is an early 18th-century house with a 20th-century rear extension. It is located on the east side of High Street, Collingham. The house is built of coursed blue lias rubble and brick, with a pantile roof and a single ridge stack. A band runs along the first floor of the west gable. The rear extension is rendered and features imitation timber framing.

The house is two storeys high with garrets, arranged in a L-shape. The west gable has a single 19th-century fixed light window. Above this is a 19th-century three-light Yorkshire sash window, and above that, a two-light Yorkshire sash window, all with segmental heads. The north front features a 20th-century weatherboarded porch to the east, flanked to the west by two 19th-century three-light Yorkshire sash windows. Above these is a single two-light casement window. The rear extension has a two-light casement window above it.
