Description

This is a 17th-century house located on the north side of Dykes End in Collingham. It has undergone alterations in the 20th century. The house is constructed of coursed blue lias rubble with brick and tile, featuring brick dressings, brick coped gables, two gable stacks, a single ridge stack, and two brick bands on the east gable. It is two storeys high and has an L-shaped plan.

The west wing has a 20th-century door in the centre, flanked by single two-light casement windows. Above, there are two similar casement windows. The south gable has a single blocked opening on each floor, with wall ties bearing the initials 'I.G.' The south front has 20th-century doors to the east and west, and two two-light leaded casement windows. Above, there are two 20th-century gabled dormers, each with two leaded casements.
