Description

Brinkley Hall Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse, with later 19th-century and 20th-century renovations. It is constructed of brick, originally colourwashed, and has a pantile roof. The building features a first-floor band, cogged eaves, coped gables, and two gable stacks. The ground and first-floor openings have segmental heads. The farmhouse is three stories high with a three-window front. The upper floor has a central two-light metal casement, flanked to the left by a three-light Yorkshire sash window and to the right by a 20th-century three-light casement. The second floor mirrors this arrangement. The ground floor has a central glazed door with overlight, flanked by single 20th-century three-light casements. A rendered two-story lean-to addition, dating from the late 18th century, is located at the rear.
