Description

Clinton House is a house dating from around 1800, constructed of ashlar stone with a pantile roof. It features a plinth, moulded stone eaves, and coped gables. The windows are plain sashes with elaborately carved lintels. The building has two storeys and a two-window range. A central plaque inscribed "Clinton House" is flanked by single windows. The entrance has a central moulded doorcase with curved brackets supporting the hood, and a fielded six-panel door with an overlight. There are also single shoe scrapers with cusped heads beside the door, and additional single windows beyond.
