Description
Holly Farm House is a farmhouse dating from the 17th century, constructed of coursed blue lias rubble and brick, with some parts rendered. It features a Welsh slate roof, stone sills, and brick coped gables, along with two ridge stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three windows.
The entrance is marked by an off-centre moulded doorcase with scrolled brackets supporting a hood, which contains a 19th-century half-glazed door. To the west of the door, there is a two-light glazing bar Yorkshire sash window with a segmental head, followed by another 19th-century half-glazed door. To the east, there are two 19th-century two-light leaded Yorkshire sash windows. The north elevation includes, above, a single glazing bar casement, two 19th-century two-light Yorkshire sashes, and a single fixed light.
