Description

The barn at Pitomy Farm, built in the late 18th century, is constructed of brick and features a pantile roof. It has stone bases for the door piers, dentillated eaves, and tumbled gables. The roof is supported by a kingpost truss made of softwood and re-used hardwood. The barn consists of three bays with central doors on each side; the eastern side has 19th-century close-boarded doors, while the western side has 20th-century sliding doors. This building is included in the listing for its group value only.
