Description

Perlethorpe Bridge is a road bridge built in 1847. It is constructed of brick with ashlar dressings and features a brick band. The bridge has a single segmental arch with an ashlar soffit and a keystone, which is dated 1847 on the east side and initialled on the west side. The brick parapet is topped with saddleback ashlar coping and includes four square piers with pyramidal caps. One of the piers was rebuilt around 1982.
