Description

The War Memorial Cross, dating from around 1920, is made of Portland stone. It features an octagonal plinth consisting of three steps, with the top step decorated. Surrounding the memorial is an iron railing. The square plinth has recessed panels, three of which are inscribed. Atop the plinth is a Celtic cross with a panelled tapered square shaft, which includes additional inscriptions from 1945.
