Description
The stables at the Old Manor House were built around 1830 and later in the mid-19th century. They are constructed of brick and feature a slate roof with cogged eaves and coped gables. The building has a single ridge stack and stands two storeys high, comprising seven unequal bays. The windows include Yorkshire sashes and casements, all with segmental heads. Most of the doors also have segmental heads. On the left side, there is a carriage door with an elliptical head, followed by a casement and a door. To the right, there is a pair of carriage doors, and further right, a door flanked by single sashes. Continuing to the right, there is a slatted casement flanked by single doors. Above these, there is a central sash window and a pitch hole. This building is included in the listing for its group value.
