Description
Mattersey Grange is an early 19th-century house constructed of red brick with a stuccoed front. It features a hipped slate roof adorned with four red brick gable stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The central doorway is notable for its six fielded panel door, which is topped by a traceried overlight and surrounded by a moulded frame, complete with a slightly projecting hood. On either side of the doorway are single canted bays that contain glazing bar sashes. Above, there are three additional glazing bar sashes. To the left, there is a one and a half storey red brick extension with a lean-to that has a hipped pantile roof.
