Description
No. 81 Potter Street is a house that has been converted into hospital offices. It dates from the late 18th century and is constructed of brick with a hipped 20th-century pantile roof. The building features an ashlar plinth and dressings, along with dentillated eaves. It is two storeys high and has three bays in an L-plan layout. The central entrance has a panelled doorcase with a fanlight and reeded curved brackets supporting the hood. To the left of the entrance is a single glazing bar sash window, while to the right is a single plain sash window. On the upper floor, there are three glazing bar sash windows. Inside, there is a dog leg staircase with a landing and five panelled doors.
