Description
The Grange, with the stables and outbuildings adjoining to the southwest of the house, is an early 19th-century building. It stands three storeys tall, constructed of brick with a pantile roof, featuring a diagonal-set and dentil brick eaves cornice. The top floor has three flush windows, which are hung sashes with glazing bars, while the first floor has hung sash windows without glazing bars. The ground floor includes two later canted bay windows and a brick band that runs between the ground and first floors. The entrance door consists of five fielded panels set in a grooved surround, adorned with paterae and a cornice. There are chimney stacks at the gable ends. At the rear, there is a two-storey wing with two hung sash windows that have glazing bars. To the left, there is a one-storey stable court and two-storey outbuildings.
