Description
Cotton Mill is a late 18th-century farmhouse located on Langwith Road in Nether Langwith. The building features a hipped pantile roof with a single red brick chimney at the rear. It is two storeys high and has five bays. The central doorway is fitted with a 20th-century door and is flanked by two Yorkshire sash windows with glazing bars. Above the doorway, there is a central blocked window, also flanked by two Yorkshire sash windows with glazing bars. All openings are adorned with painted splayed lintels. At the rear, there are lean-to extensions made of dressed coursed rubble.
