Farmhouse. Late C18 with C20 alterations. Red brick in English garden wall bond of 3. Pantile roof with single axial brick stack. Lobby entry plan. 2 storey originally 3 bay front having dog tooth eaves course and off centre doorway, now blocked, flanked by single C20 3 light casements. To first floor are 2 similar windows and a Yorkshire fire insurance plaque dated 1824 and depiciting York Minster. In build with the house is a small barn on the right hand side with full height double doors and a clasped purlin roof.
