Description
14 High Street is a cottage dating from the late 18th century, with some 20th-century alterations. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof that is hipped to the left. The roof includes two small raking dormers with sliding sash windows, a small ridge stack, and a small gable stack on the east side. The building has an L-plan layout, with a 20th-century house attached to the rear. It is a single storey with an attic, and the central doorway has a segmental head and a plank door. On either side of the doorway are single glazing bar sash windows, also with segmental heads. To the left, there is a very small lean-to with a plank door and a wooden lintel.
