Description
Nettleton Wold Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century, with early 19th-century alterations and an addition. It is constructed from coursed ironstone rubble with brick dressings and features a pantile roof with stone-coped gables and brick gable stacks. The building has a two-storey, three-bay front, characterized by red brick quoins and a dentillated eaves course. The central door is topped with a plain overlight and has a moulded door surround with a cornice above. This door is flanked by single bordered sash windows, with two similar windows located on the first floor. All window openings have brick surrounds and slightly segmental brick arches. To the right of the main structure is a slightly lower one-bay 19th-century addition, which has a half-hipped roof and a single bordered sash window on each storey.
