Description
Park Farm South Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick. It features slate hipped roofs, with a single projecting stack on the east side and two hip stacks at the rear. The building has a two-storey, three-bay front, with a central doorway that includes a rectangular overlight and a plank door. To the left of the door is a glazing bar sash window with a painted splayed lintel. There is a narrow 20th-century casement window in between, and to the right is another 20th-century glazing bar casement window, also with a painted splayed lintel. On the upper floor, there are three windows: a glazing bar sash to the left with a painted splayed lintel, a glazing bar casement window above the door with a painted splayed lintel, and paired glazing bar sashes to the right under a single painted splayed lintel. There is a low projection to the left that has a pair of glazing bar sashes, with a 20th-century glazing bar casement window above.
