Description

The Church of St Michael, located on High Street, was built in 1836 and designed by architect John Brown of Norwich. The church features a Norman arch in the undercroft beneath the west tower and is styled in Early English architecture. Inside, there is an octagonal Perpendicular font and an oak statuette, likely a 17th-century Belgian work. At the time of the survey, the church was not in ecclesiastical use.
