Description

Manthorpe Cottage is a late 18th-century, two-storey house with attics, situated on Manthorpe Road. It is constructed of brick with a stone plinth and a pantile roof. A band runs horizontally between the ground and first floors. The front facade has three windows, featuring glazing bars, and is flanked by bay windows with dentilled cornices. A six-panelled door is set within a stone surround, incorporating pilasters and a rectangular fanlight with glazing bars. There are three dormers to the roof.
