Description

The boundary wall on the north-east side of High Street in Harlaxton dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared stone and features a slab coping. The wall includes various gateways, one of which has a pair of square brick piers topped with pyramidal caps and stone steps leading to the property at number 73. The wall follows the curving line of the street for approximately 350 meters, extending from the junction with Pond Street to the junction with Church Street. This structure is included for its group value.
