Description

This cross, located approximately 4 metres south of the church, dates back to the 15th century and was restored around 1918. It is made of limestone ashlar, with some areas patched in red brick. The structure features two steps leading up to a tall five-sided plinth, which is also patched with brick and has a moulded cornice. Above this, there is a smaller five-sided upper plinth with a chamfered base. The cross has a broached octagonal shaft topped with an early 20th-century castellated knop and a gabled crucifixion.
