Description
Pulvertoft Hall is a house from the mid-18th century, constructed of red brick with a slate roof. It features two gable stacks and brick-coped gables. The building has two storeys plus a basement and is arranged in three bays. The basement includes two segmental arched openings. Above, there is a central doorway that is accessed by three steps. The door is part glazed and panelled, set within a panelled reveal, and framed by a pilastered doorcase with an entablature and a dentil cornice. On either side of the doorway are single glazing bar sash windows, with three smaller similar sashes above. There is a single insurance plaque located over the doorway. To the left of the house, a low brick wall with chamfered ashlar coping is topped with decorative cast iron railings that have decorative brackets. This wall and the railings extend at a right angle in front of the house, with single gateways on each side.
