The building has quoins and is two stories tall with a three-bay front. The center bay is blank, while the outer bays have single wooden canted bay windows adorned with Doric pilasters and an entablature. Above these, there are three margin light sash windows with segmental ashlar lintels. The entrance front displays irregular fenestration and includes a projecting glazed, gabled porch.
