Description
Holly Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse built of brick in header and stretcher bond, featuring white headers. It has a hipped pantile roof with two brick chimneys. The building is three bays wide and two stories tall, with an additional lean-to on the north side. There is a brick band at the first floor and a decorated eaves cornice. The central bay slightly projects, and the central doorway has a six-panelled door with a three-light rectangular overlight above it. On either side of the doorway, there are single three-light sliding casements, and to the north, there is a small 20th-century window set in a recessed arch. Above the doorway, there is a two-light central sliding casement, flanked by single three-light sliding casements. All openings feature brick segmental arches.
