Holme Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of brick, featuring a pantile ridge roof with brick coped gables and three red brick chimney stacks. The building is two stories high and has four bays. The doorway is off-centre and consists of a six-fielded panel door with a plain rectangular overlight above it, supported by a wooden lintel. The windows include three flush glazing bar sashes on the ground floor and four above, all of which are segment-headed with brick voussoirs.
